About Artisan Restaurant
Artisan is in the heart of the Bolton Hotel – but we aren’t tucked away in the back as many hotel restaurants are.

Artisan is front and centre, up the curved staircase from the hotel’s entrance lobby.

Artisan serves breakfast and dinner seven days a week, and is open for lunch Monday to Friday.

Breakfast:      06:30 – 10:00 Monday to Friday                

                      07:00 – 11:00 weekends and public holidays

Lunch:           12:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday

Dinner:           18:00 – 22:00 Monday to Sunday

Lunch at Artisan is a la carte, or we have a two or three course set menu for $30 and $36 respectively.
