Cured King salmon with avocado salsa, dill mayo, caviar and micro herbs GF DF

Baby beetroot medley with whipped goat's cheese, roasted walnuts, watercress, smoky balsamic and olive oil GF V

or

Chicken and leek terrine, tarragon mustard, brioche crumb and watercress

 

MAIN COURSE

 

Beef fillet medium rare, confit potato, pea purée, Yorkshire pudding, mushroom jus and watercress

or

Pan-fried market fish, prawn and asparagus risotto with crayfish bisque GF

or

Slow roasted pork belly, kumara purée, apple relish and grilled broccolini GF

 

DESSERT

 

Chocolate tart with mulled Pinot cherries, gingerbread ice cream and brandy snap

or

Pavlova with strawberries, sherry cream and kiwifruit coulis GF

or

Coconut panna cotta with compressed fruits and plum sorbet GF DF

Christmas mince pie with TWG tea or Emporio coffee
