Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made before midnight on the 31st May 2024 will receive a full refund.

Should you need to cancel between the 1st June 2024 and 5pm on the 13th June 2024, your reservation value will be held in credit for 18 months to be redeemed against food and beverage in Artisan restaurant.

Reservations cancelled within 25 hours of arrival and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of reservation value into credit.
